    If a course requires a credential earned elsewhere, learners upload and submit it as a certification prerequisite, verified before course access. Pre-requisites completed within the platform are automatically recognized.

    LearningCart connects with 3rd party identity verification and proctoring providers, so you can certify audiences. LearningCart also supports SMS and email verification, which can be triggered on random intervals or by activities in your course content.

  4. Keep instructors qualified

    Require and track instructor-level certifications so the people delivering your training are qualified to award the credential in the first place.

    Expiration Reports track certifications tied to a specific date or a number of months post-completion, without manual follow-up. Automated email notifications alert learners before their certification lapses, so renewals happen ahead of the deadline instead of after it.

  • Recertification visibility

    Training Completion Reports shows who's up for renewal, who's lapsed, and who's satisfied recertification requirements, filterable by course, group, or date range. Learners, Managers, Customers, and Admins also have ability to see & print out their learner’s transcript, certificates and training profile.
